Before you leave today, could you go down and check that the gate is secured? If it is not and nobody is present, please secure it – get one of our locks from Dave if necessary
– and leave a note on the gate requesting that the contractor (and the sub-contractors, if they are indeed the culprits) meet with Airport staff to discuss their responsibilities to
secure the airport property (and their failure to meet those responsibilities). If it is necessary to secure the gate with one of our locks, please leave a contact number for them to
reach us, either your cell or Dave’s or both.
If the gate is secured, then tomorrow please go find the contractor and request a meeting to discuss their responsibilities and continuing failure to meet said responsibilities
by properly securing the gate.
