Jim, Please forward your certification along with two copies of the concrete mix design. One copy will be returned to the contactor. If additional copies are desired by the contractor, they can be included in the submittal. Also, I am lacking the letter stating that the area of disturbance is less than 1 acre. There are two mix designs: one for the apron (5507) and one for the parking lot area (5409). I have reviewed both mix design, and I am forwarding to you for approval for this project. I believe that Mix design 5507 for the apron area does meet the requirements for paving as specified in FFA Circular 150/5370-10d Part VI Rigid Pavements (Item P-501 Portland Cement Concrete Pavement). Mix 5507 was the same mix design used for the apron area for the previous hangar project to the south. Do you need hard copies? If so, how many copies do you need?
