Joel, I do not see it as an issue either. Dave and I had a walk-though today and although that was not on there, they still have some issue to resolve. It was minor in nature. Hopefully IAMS will knock it out pretty quickly. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. It actually looks pretty good. We chatted with Mike Brosler a bit, and he advised that last week when it was raining, he checked in that T-hangar (which PlaneSmart elected to rent from us) and that the water was not going into the T-hangar. Mike said that it was draining pretty well. I think they have managed to fix it reasonably well … I am certainly satisfied with it. Interestingly enough, they appear to have put some epoxy on the concrete in the bottom of the swale right where the drain pipe runs out. Looks like they left the swale too deep at that point and used the epoxy to fill it back in. It’s a little bit of a kludge, but I can’t see that it is going to hurt anything. You don’t see it unless you walk right up on it. The whole thing turned out better than I expected it would, and I don’t see the epoxy as being any kind of an issue.
