We are aware.  We have told them that the requirement is 35 and rising.  Jose will not let them pour if the temp is below 35.

Are you aware that IAM is going to pour concrete in the morning starting at 7 am for the Planesmart ramp?  They called us, but it was unclear whether someone from the town knew about
it and whether you had approved it?
