Can you please provide an update on the AT&T easement along Park Road?  I believe this was passed by council last month.  With demolition ongoing in the southbound lanes, installation
of the duct bank for AT&T is scheduled to begin soon.  As you know, this easement is necessary to get the low voltage service to our private development.  We anticipate moving our leasing
staff in at the end of this month and we need all utility services in place before that time.
