Please see the attached pricing for Change Order 6 that you have requested.   The pricing for the added sewer includes potholing / crossing 14 existing utilities.  This price also includes
road plates and added days for crossing the parking lot and Spring Valley.  Also note that we are requesting an increase in unit pricing for the removal of existing paving as this will
be done in smaller strips than the original bid that was priced to remove an entire side of the road at a time.  

 

NTC does want to emphasize that we will need to receive the requested days on both of the provided pricing sheets attached to this email as well as the days for the sub-drain and the
potholing of the 16” water line that have been submitted in order to accept these changes.
