Clay, After speaking with you about pouring concrete tomorrow for sidewalk, curb and gutter and aprons. I checked the general notes of the plans sheet 18 note 39. This note states that concrete shall not be placed when the temperture is below 40 degrees fahrenheit and falling, but may be placed when the temperture is above 35 degrees and rising. The temperture reading shall be taken in the shade and away from artificial heat. This appears to be taken from NTCOG I have attached there literature with this email. This would be item 303.5.5.2 weather conditions. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
