Dave,

Due to access issues, we've had to change our workdate to 1/19/2009 and the
subcontractor to Sunbelt (insurance certificate is attached). Let me know if
you need to revise the permit.

Farmers Branch has confirmed that their water line is not under the southern
sidewalk as the Town's drawings indicate. The line is under the center of
the westbound lane of Spring Valley (north side).
