Attached is a cover letter, the original letters with back up and the revised cross sections.  Due to the fact that this time is needed we ask that these be evaluated as soon as possible
by Icon.  We have done a rough check and JRJ’s claim for additional quantity appears to be obvious so any speedy review will be appreciated.  We would also ask that if confirmed this
increase be placed on CO # 7 as to allow payment of this on the June invoice.
