It looks like the finish line is in site and now too soon either.  They are just finishing up with the gas line and were hoping to start on this in the next week or so.  Attached is
the final version of the agreement with the exhibits.  If you could get five copies of the agreement executed and sent over to me, I will get them executed by the City Manager and return
one copy to you.
