Thank you for the revised draft.  You can disregard the voice message I left for you this morning.  I have three additional comments.  

 

1.     Section 3’s numbering appears to need adjusting.  The first numerate (i) should be deleted since it is not followed by numerate (ii) next to the “Secondary Term”. This will cause
confusion when referring to Section 3 if left as is.

2.     Section 3(i) [I now refer to the second numerate (i)] we need to insert “or 9(c)” immediately following 9(a).

3.     There is no comma between Savoye and LLC in the Licensor’s name.  Please delete the comma.

4.     The signature needs to be corrected.  Below is the correct signature block:

a Delaware limited liability company
