To all for your records:

On January 18th, 2010, Durable hit a 600 pair phone cable running parallel with Brookhaven Club Dr while boring in a street light conduit.  Durable had locates called in time and the
line was never marked by the locate company.  According to Ken Shykes with AT&T, an entire panel of new concrete that serves the southwest approach to Park Road will have to be replaced
in order to fix the break.  Please see attached photos and DIG TESS call report per Durable.
