This is the quote we got back for the gas line from North Texas.  I do not agree with the number of days added to the contract and will discuss with them.  The stubs across the street
will have to be done by bore and can be done at any time.  There is a line in Ponte, but I will want to think about the impact if any there is to the current schedule.

Here is our pricing for the developer installed gas line.  We received a few numbers on this work that were mostly around the 60-65k range.  Our quote is using a subcontractor that we
frequently use on this type of work and they usually come in low.  Please let me know if you would like any additional information.
