It was good talking with you earlier today.  As you suggested I spoke to Clay this morning and he felt that since he knew most of the players from 101, that the pre-construction meeting
would be primarily for the building and that it made more sense for you to determine the meeting.  If you can give me acceptable dates and times as well as a list of who you would like
to attend from the Town of Addison (give me email addresses please), and who from the construction team you want to have attend, I will be happy to set that up.  If you want to discuss
