Could you all encourage North Texas to maintain the silt fence along Vitruvian Way?  Nancy is right; it is a mess out there.  It was really bad along the portion north of Ponte.  There
is also a lot of silt coming from the driveway just south of Lemmons.  Is it possible to grade that area so that silt laden water does not come down the driveway?

Clay,
Please advise UDR that the runoff in the street is laden with silt.  This is unacceptable.  Silt fence must be installed along the back of curb and inlet protection must be in place.
 Or whatever the approved erosion plan shows.  Are inspections being made after each rain event?
Please direct Wade to emphasize this work must be done.  The Town's name is on the stormwater permit also.
