Subject: Update: Addison Manhole covers for Vitruvian

 

Andrew,

As we discussed, the promised delivery of the Addison manhole covers for Vitruvian Park has not been met. The order that we placed on April 26, 2010 should have been delivered last week
or this.

After repeated inquiries, we learned at 3:00 pm today (6/29/10), that the remaining 184-L lids (for the inlets) have not yet been cast, and are now scheduled to be cast next week. These
should be delivered by mid-July.
Concrete Accessories (our supplier for Bass and Hayes) has five of the 184-L's that did come in. I can have a crew come out and install these anytime that you'd like.

The 400-24 covers (for the manholes) were cast this past week. They are currently finishing their processing and should ship by the end of this week. Therefore they should arrive by
July 9, 2010.

I apologize for the incorrect info that I have given you on these and hope that the preceding paragraphs prove more truthful...
