This is an agreement with Atmos Energy for the Town of Addison to install the gas facilities that are going into Ponte for Vitruvian Park.  Please review it and forward any comments
that you have.

 

UDR has stated that this is impacting the construction schedule and has requested that we place this item on the December 8th agenda.  I told them that we would work as quickly as possible.
