Nancy,  Attached is my comment letter.  The modeling shows erosive
velocities upstream of Bella Ave. and increases in flood elevations. These
are my main concerns.  I am not sure how many times you want me to review.
If they make revisions, you probably could submit to FB and FEMA.  I would
expect that FEMA will have their own comments and revisions.
