I sent this email to Andrew yesterday and have yet to have a response from him.  I spoke with Clay Barnett this morning about this issue and he agreed with me.  Whomever performed the
joint sealant on Saturday did not install the backer rod material specified in the plans on page 28 of the Vitruvian Park Phase 1B plans.  Your immediate attention is required.
