Please see attached credit for changing the proposed concrete curb & gutter to asphalt.  This, in addition to saving money, will allow us to open the street fully this week as opposed
to the time it would take to install concrete curb & gutter with the associated forming and cure time.  Please let us know if approved.  Thanks
