Per our phone conversations on Monday September 13, 2010, regarding the joint sealant for the paving repairs on Vitruvian Way at station 16+80.  You indicated that you would have North
Texas Contracting crews remove this sealant and place the backer rod and joint sealant as required by the plan details on page 28 of the Vitruvian Park Phase 1B plans.  Please correct
this issue while North Texas has personnel onsite to perform the work.
