I apologize for not getting back with you sooner about this.  After we spoke about this the other day I spoke with my upper management and Clay about this.  Clay instructed me to write
the latter and let him see it.  Clay then ask me not to send this letter as he did not want the Town and Kleinfelder exposed to this issue.  Clay said that North Texas should dig through
my daily  reports and find the ones with issues and use these for any issues.  The daily reports can be found on project mates or you can get the signed final copies from Clay.
