I made a few account coding changes to the PAM attached.  The 20610 retainage accounts do not have a department associated with them; it is just 000 rather than 716.

 

Also we have $1,500,000 budgeted for Street and Intersection Improvements in Fund 49.  There is no amount budgeted in Fund 61 for this project 03300, so you will need to do a budget
transfer to cover any expenses you expect to incur before 9/30/10 in Fund 61 for this project.
