Eric, please read CPS's response below.  Where does it call out for the
bituminous undercoating exactly?  Let me know if we still need to meet or if
Clay wants something to change.

Here is a copy of the spec calling for sand setting bed. My proposal stated
1" C-33 sand setting bed per specs. Bituminous setting would be an add.  Let
