Please find attached copy of executed access agreement for Phase II environmental assessment at the Crimson Corner/Crimson Tide property. I will also forward a copy of original, signed
agreement.

 

I have spoken to Trent Ripley with GreenStar Environmental.  Work is scheduled to commence Monday, October 19th.  Equipment and techniques will be utilized to have minimal environmental
impact and inconvenience.  GreenStar will work with Veronica Shultz (972-898-6976), on-site property management at UDR apartment homes for location of spoils barrel and any other matters
of concern and mutual interest.
