Clay, I just wanted to let you know that I found a valve about 60’ to the west of the proposed bore under Spring Valley.  I was trying to get an approximate depth of the main prior to
pricing the potholing.  When I popped the top, I discovered the stack was full of compacted dirt.  I believe this valve is a lateral line teed off the main to feed the back end of the
Clipper Pointe Apartments so you may want to have a crew clean this out ASAP.  

For pricing the pothole in Spring Valley, is Icon going to be responsible for survey upon excavating?  Did you want to have a minimum saw cut area or a full panel replacement scenario
(panel is 22’x10’)?  Also, are we planning to do a temporary asphalt patch detail to repair the road, or concrete?  Do we need to submit a traffic control plan for this as well?
