Please see the attached pricing for the prep work needed to be performed as to allow the locking valve covers to be installed by the City.  Below is the report from NTC project manager
used for back up.  Hourly rate for crew includes labor of three men plus burden and 50 % of foreman time.  Did not charge for grinder and generator.  Thanks

It took exactly 6 hours Friday and 8 hours today to grind the inner metal box pieces down (total 14 hrs with 3 guys).  We used a drill grinder and generator to complete this.  Clay has
agreed to pay for this little addition.
