Nancy and Clay – attached is a proposal from us to assist the Town with Surveying, Planning and Engineering services associated with the proposed relocation of the intersection of Spring Valley Road and the realigned Vitruvian Way. Included in this proposal are deed research and right-of-way establishment for Spring Valley Road; topographic design surveys for Spring Valley Road, the existing Convenience Store site, and the UDR apartment site that is required for the realignment of Vitruvian Way; Land Title Surveys for the two tracts that will need to be acquired by the Town for the realignment; Preliminary Alignment Studies for the new intersection including required acceleration/deceleration lanes, pavement transitioning, etc. to relocate the intersection; and preparation of an Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost. Please give me your thoughts on this scope of services and to whether this is something that you might like to proceed with.
