Irma, I am not sure who you are talking to, but I never have told anyone to fill a hole without compaction testing. Additionally, the compaction testing (not just moisture) for filling the hole the subsequent time failed as indicated by the attached report from Rone. Additionally, I need information on the material that was utilized for fill. The Town of Addison Code of Ordinances requires that the excavation be properly compacted. The Town of Addison needs assurances that the new street that we are constructing in this area is not going to sink due to poor compaction and we will exhaust every avenue to insure that the area is properly recompacted.
