Clay, attached is a revised copy of the affidavit you have been working on with Paul Dalton concerning the Crimson Tide matter.  The only changes – red-lined on the attached – are to
the timeline included in paragraph 8.

 

Also attached is a copy of the Plaintiff’s Original Petition for Declaratory Judgment and Application for Temporary Injunction.  This pleading must be verified, and has been drafted
to have you verify paragraphs III through X (see Verification at the end of the document).  Accordingly, could you please read through those paragraphs and let us know if they are accurate
so that you can state in the verification that you “have personal knowledge of the facts contained in Paragraphs III-X of the foregoing Plaintiff’s Original Petition and Application
for Temporary Injunction, each of which is true and correct.”

 

Once I hear back from you, we want to get each of the affidavit and the Original Petition in final form, and will need you to sign each and have each notarized.
