I think the dates are doable.  I still have concerns about having the parking separated from the building by an 8’ trench…

Nancy, I heard back from Tammy with Lewis Isaack's office, and she spoke with Charles Salazar, the attorney for Crimson Tide.  The bookstore said that finals begin on May 10, run that
week so they end on May 14, and then if they could have a week to exit the property, that would put them out on May 21.  Please let me know if you think that's doable.
