David has updated the cost calculations for both Ph 1B and 1C. Additionally, he moved the removal of the idle facilities from 1C to 1B and moved the removal of the three phase overhead line to the 1C project since it will be the last to be built and nearer the timeframe that the overhead needs to be removed. As mentioned in the meeting, there was a stimulus passed by Congress that allowed Oncor to collect taxes at a lesser rate for all work completed in 2009. We do not know if the stimulus will be extended this year. This is the major reason that the price has increased over the last quote. The cost for Ph 1B is $47,243.32. It is my understanding that you want me to go ahead and invoice this cost. You mentioned invoicing UDR. Will this be the same invoicing information I used before?
