Eric,

 

Since we are up there we will take care of the LED if it isn’t the bi-modal arrow (that is a special order).  We are long pasted the 30 test period in which the TOA takes over maintenance
per the general notes and adoption of TxDot Item 680.  I am sure that NTC has a maintenance bond but a burned out LED is a manufactured component not poor workmanship.
