Brandon, The signals at Ponte and Vitruvian Way have been flashing since Thursday of last week. Do we have an eta on getting them reset? Eric, also the signal cabinet at this intersection needs to be cleaned off. All the mortar mix and concrete from the building has splashed on the whole cabinet. Thanks, Eric From: Brandon Graham [mailto:bgraham@addisontx.gov] Sent: Friday, July 15, 2011 12:56 PM To: Patrick Bryan Subject: RE: Ponte/Vitruvian Way Traffic Signal Yes the Town has taken over the maintenance of the intersection. Any malfunctions are to be repaired by the Town. A LED light outage is not a installation problem but a manufacturer issue. Town of Addison Traffic Signal Tech. We are long pasted the 30 test period in which the TOA takes over maintenance per the general notes and adoption of TxDot Item 680. I am sure that NTC has a maintenance bond but a burned out LED is a manufactured component not poor workmanship. Brandon, Let me know if I am incorrect on the TOA taking over maintenance? I believe it’s a warranty issue that you guys need to fix. Please address.
