I am having a hard time with PO#’s.  Can we order them without a PO#?

 

Also, we need two additional quotes first.  Also, we will need to set them up as a vendor.  Attached is the form they will need to complete.  We will need a copy of their W9 as well.

That is fine.  Please place the order.  The account number is 61-716-58310-83100.  It will need to be a PAM because it is Vitruvian.  Also, please make sure I get a copy of it.  Alternatively,
you could send the quote and I will get the paper work for the check cut.  Are they going to need a PO number or will they invoice us?

This is a quote for the debris cap w/locking bracket & lock that you need for the Tyler # 6850 valve box. They are only sold in boxes of 20, therefore if you need 70 you will have to
purchase 80.
