Yeah, this looks like it covers everything. Two quick notes though:

 

1.       The 1E stuff (everything but the sewer) is still in design for 6-8 weeks. I guess it will need to go in CO 7…

2.       Item #3 is complete. It’s item #2 that’s still up in the air. Bruce said that there isn’t a limestone ledge at 4’ and we can’t bury the drain pipe 5’ deep and tie into a 4’
deep inlet.

Change Order 6 should include:

 

1.	Sanitary sewer extension
2.	Underground drainage system along the west side of Vitruvian Way south of Ponte
3.	Credit for items that we are moving to different phases

 

If we cannot get Item 3 done in the next couple of days, then just send it with Items 1 & 2.  The sewer needs to be our top priority.

I reviewed the sanitary sewer extension for Vitruvian Way and had a few comments:

1.      At STA 23+05 specify that the line is to be plugged in Phase 1 and in Phase 4 – “Remove Existing 8” Plug and Connect to Ex. 8” Sanitary Sewer.”

2.      Add the missing rim elevations for the manholes located at STA 26+35.89 and 29+71.89.

3.      Add 9 lf of cement stabilized sand each side of the future and existing water crossings and 18 lf of ductile iron encasement over the 16” water line in accordance with TCEQ requirements.

 

Also, do you know when I could expect to receive a copy of Change Order 6?
