The items I am aware of on Change Order #5 are:

1.	Added 2 construction entrances
2.	Changed base material for Ponte from lime to crushed concrete
3.	Removing sewer pipe near Marsh
4.	We had discussed additional silt fence, but I am not sure if we added any
5.	It included the debris caps for the valve stacks, but we have decided to do them in house

 

This is all I have written down.  There may be other items, I do not know.
