Joel and I reviewed the form work for the sidewalk this afternoon. Please proceed with the concrete pour for this sidewalk tomorrow morning as planned. ________________________________ From: Andrew Rolph [mailto:arolph@ntexcon.com] Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2010 4:42 PM To: Joel Massey; Bruce Dunne Cc: zackf; anord; 'Clay Barnett'; pjacob@udr.com; 'Eric T. NTC is concerned about existing tree roots being exposed and existing grades that appear to be greater than 3:1. You mentioned that NTC is to have JRJ go ahead and pour the sidewalk as currently proposed despite our concerns. You mentioned that if there were outlying issues seen after the sidewalk is poured, NTC would not be liable and another change would be issued. JRJ has concrete set up to pour this sidewalk tomorrow at 9 am so please let me know if this is not the way you understood our conversation. Thanks, Andrew D.
