The issue this time was solely with JRJ.  WE understand this payment will not be generated in two weeks due to the late submittal with JRJ.  We, as you describe below, will be having
a similar conversation with our subs and from now o you will get the pay app within 3 days from the end of the month.  Thanks

There was some mention of a 15 day turn around on payments to North Texas Construction at our meeting with the town on Thursday. There seemed to be some misunderstanding that UDR was
sitting on these pay recs. 

 

 I just want everyone to note that we just got the pay request today, March 8th. We need to discuss the procedures and timing of submission of these Thursday at our weekly meeting so
that we are all on the same page. 

 

Clay – we are reviewing this and will have it over to you tomorrow.
