Andres will need to post a two year 10% maintenance bond at the completion of the work.

 

Please submit three sets of plans for the civil work on the building.  I have to send them to a couple of other departments for review.

Good morning Clay – I have a couple questions for you.

 

Vitruvian Building 101 – Andres is about to start work on the streetscape outside of Building 101 (the work that was pulled out of the North Texas contract).  Does Andres need to provide
a maintenance bond or anything else for the Town?

 

Vitruvian Building 102 – Have you reviewed and approved the Civil Site Work drawings for Building 102?  Drawings were submitted back several months ago when UDR was trying to get a permit
to build the foundation wall along Ponte (which has since been permitted and constructed).  UDR is now trying to get a full building permit on this site and Lynn Chandler has told them
that he has not seen the Civil drawings.  Can you check into this and see what we need to do to get the permit released.
