Ron, What do you want me to do about all this? I wasn’t invited to the walk through, so I have no idea where these issues are located, who might be responsible or what the Town wants me to do to make it right. We found the face plate to the temporary irrigation controller near the grotto laying down on the ground with weeds growing over it. The face plate was full of muddy water. 2. Luis of American manually bled on each of the valves and we found (8) leaks. 3. We found (10) Live Oak trees that are in varying stages of stress and simply look bad. The Asian Jasmine looks stressed too. 4. There are no valve box lids to the flow meter and to the master valve. These lids are missing. 5. There is one 6” round valve box on the median with the lid missing. ************************************************************ This e-mail and any files or attachments transmitted with it contain Information that is confidential and privileged.
