John, There is not an issue with interference with the radio. I read through the agreement and the only comment I have is that we did not intend to be charged for license agreement. The signal was installed for their convenience, so a space for equipment to serve the signal should be allowed rent free. The radio is for the purpose of “communicating traffic signal operation to the traffic signal operations central system.” Could you make any necessary revisions and then forward the agreement to Leonard Hoffman for UDR’s review?
