Below is information exchanged between Joel Massey of Icon and me regarding the schedule of the installation of the temporary overhead line and the two transformers that need to be set to serve the streetlights. I am on vacation, but I was told that the temporary easements were delivered to my office Friday March 26th. I can set the construction ready date for April 12th. If you could stake the easement later in the week of the 29th, then the designer could stake the poles behind you and have enough time for the locates to be called in to start the 12th or shortly after. We are supposed to allow 10 days for pole sets, but hopefully what I have suggested will work. The designer who will ensure that the poles are staked and construction who will build the job are both copied on this note. Once Icon stakes the ROW area, the designer can stake the poles and anchor locations. We can go ahead and get the poles and anchors set. There is still some civil construction that needs to be done by the customer to install conduit from the pole line into the duct bank system, from the duct bank system to the transformer pads and the pads themselves. Hopefully weather will permit and we can make the schedule we have set. If you have any questions, please let me know. I am out of the office until April 5th, but I can be reached via email. I forgot when I spoke to you that I will be in a meeting tomorrow starting at 8:00 until 3:30. I will have my blackberry with me so if you will email me I can call you during a break. I am trying to schedule the leveling of the Vista gear pad and at the same time install the transformer for AT&T service. ForceCon has told our construction group that the work has to be done at 6:00 PM on Thursday night. We can do this but I need invoicing information for the overtime spent to disconnect, lift the gear off the pad and reconnect. If it is your preference to do all the work during the day, please let me know. This would work better for us as well. Please let me know at your earliest convenience when we can schedule the work. The more notice we have the better the opportunity to get it completed this week.
