Is it going to be truck traffic or passenger vehicles? I think 70% would be fine for passenger vehicles, but I would prefer 80% if there is going to be any kind of truck traffic.  I
suspect that once they switch the traffic over that we will get truck traffic, so I would recommend the 80%.  Perhaps we should wait for the 7 day breaks.

This morning after you left a question was asked by North Texas and UDR.  How soon could construction traffic get on the get on the new paving once it is inplace?  In the past I have
see 3 day breaks taken and if they meet 70% of design strength construction traffic is allowed on the paving. What are your feelings about this?
