On behalf of UDR, we request that the people represented by Oncor and the Town of Addison in this email please expedite your review and approval of this proposed location of the irrigation controller. In all frankness, we have run out of time to get the underground for all this equipment in place and need your assistance to help us maintain schedule. KAREN EASTMAN (ONCOR): It’s my understanding Oncor has approved layout of all equipment in relation to equipment you are providing, so this may be just informational for you, but your concurrence or noting of any final concerns is requested. RON LEE (TOWN OF ADDISON): Per past emails, it appears you are the individual at the Town of Addison that others are expecting to approve layout. Your concurrence with the drawing is requested today if at all possible. Anyone with concerns or comments to address them immediately and to the entire group this morning. If not addressed, we will assume by the end of day all stakeholders are satisfied with this new layout and we will proceed with construction accordingly. Please review attachment and respond with an approval or any comments as soon as possible. After several conversations with a number of people I think we may be close to a decision. Please see the attached sketch of the transformer area that locates the irrigation controller as far as possible from the transformers. In speaking to Ron Lee the distance between the irrigation controller and the electrical pedestal at 2'-6" is ok as far as access is concerned, and speaking to Ray Schram at John Deere he thought this might work as well. Andres is working in this area so anything we can do to resolve this soonest is required. -- Stuart I. Roosth Architect 11226 Hillcrest Rd.
