Clay,
Please disregard the 3 valve extensions for the tri-dal valves on Park road. There was a miscommunication w/ Dave in regards to these valves and they do not need extensions.

Clay, here are the items that I can think of for this upcoming CO #5 pending Icon’s revised #’s.  

Additional items for CO#5:

674 LF of silt fence

2 – rock construction entrances

4T4 all flow fill encased (item 254 needs to be zeroed and the 855 LF of 4T4 needs to be added to item 261)

3 – 2’ valve stem extensions for TriDal valves in Park parking lot (Line W-C)

1 – LS for flex base addition on Ponte
