Attached is a revised invoice for our December billing.  I decreased the four bridge items under B. Structural Engineering (items 1 through 4) to 80%.  This decreased the invoice by
$15,450.  Just FYI – billings for Viewtech (inclusive of this invoice) have only been billed at 80% on all other tasks as well.  I will bill them out at 100% on our January invoice except
for the four bridge items which will remain at 80% until the bridge package is ready to bid again.
