See attached schedule.  As you can see, it is going to be very close on getting the work completed prior to school year 2011.  The sewer extension to the school by May of 2011 will be
no problem but the road work will be a challenge.  If the project can be negotiated or rolled into North Texas’s contract, it could cut nearly 8 weeks out of the schedule which might
