Please see the attached corrections to the June pay app for 1B.

Per our meeting with Clay today, the following items need to be corrected on CO 7 ASAP:

 

                Delete #65 - 6” Topsoil from 1B contract

                Delete #96 – 7’ Type B Manhole from 1B contract

                #244 – Change Plan Quantity to 21 to account for shaft added in CO #3. Keep the Revised Quantity the same at 22.
