Everyone, please see the attached photos of Andres’ continued mistreatment of Park Road.  Andres agreed to stay off the parking lot area, curbs, and absolutely no trash container storage
behind our curbs…this has obviously not been upheld.  NTC does not want to be responsible to any negligent damage done by Andres or their subcontractors.  Jennifer, could you please
talk with Rodger again about this.  NTC has asked repeatedly for Andres to stay off the and not store dumpsters behind our curbs until we are all sold off of our liability.  NTC understands
that Andres may need to access certain areas of the building via Park, but these pictures prove the obvious mistreatment of the new paving which I would assume they would want to remain
in perfect condition for the caliber of building they have constructed.

For planning purposes, the only items we have left on our punch list should be completed by the end of next week pending weather; I will schedule a final walk through as the time approaches
through UDR.
